For studying in China. X1 for long-term (>180 days), X2 for short-term. Requires admission notice and JW201/202 form from the institution.

For full-time employment. The employer in China must first obtain a Notification Letter of Foreigner’s Work Permit for the applicant.

For visiting relatives. Q visas for family of Chinese citizens/residents, S visas for family of foreign residents in China.
